Teaching Practical Techniques: Focus on teaching practical and effective self-defense techniques that are easy to learn and remember. Break down complex movements into simple steps and provide plenty of opportunities for students to practice.


Emphasizing Awareness and Prevention: Teach students to be aware of their surroundings and to recognize potential threats. Emphasize the importance of trusting their instincts and avoiding dangerous situations whenever possible.

This Jiu-Jitsu class introduces young kids to fundamental positions, escapes, and submissions in a fun and engaging way. Instructors simplify techniques to help build confidence and coordination, while live rolling sessions offer a safe space to practice and develop problem-solving skills.

Mentally, BJJ enhances problem-solving skills and teaches you how to remain calm under pressure. It also promotes discipline, perseverance, and humility, as progress in BJJ often comes through consistent effort and learning from setbacks.

JIU JITSU

High-energy, engaging workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and overall coordination. This class is a lot of fun and a great workout! This class includes a combination of boxing techniques such as jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts, interspersed with cardio drills like jumping jacks, burpees, and high knees. It is a high-intensity workout that is great for endurance as well as balance and coordination. Get ready to sweat!

The core of the training involves learning and practicing techniques from different disciplines. This includes striking techniques such as punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, as well as grappling techniques like takedowns, submissions, and ground control. Instructors break down these techniques into manageable parts, allowing students to understand and master them over time.
